WEB VENDERE SOLUTIONS believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a
liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order.
However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the
vendors and they have initiated the process of developing the project. - WEBVENDERE SOLUTIONS does not accept cancellation requests or refund requests for digital service projects. However, changes in the scope of work can be adjusted against the refund/cancellation, if any, under the rare circumstances of us delivering unsatisfactory work.
- In case of receipt of services that do not align with the agreed scope of work, please report the same to our Customer Service team at info@webvendere.com.
The request will, however, be entertained once the request has been checked and determined the same at the work
end. This should be reported within Only same day days of receipt of the products. In case you feel
that the product received is not as per the scope of work or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the
notice of our customer service within Only same day days of receiving the product. The Customer
Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision. - Refund requests will not be entertained under any circumstances, in cases of impromptu edits to the scope of work by the customer.
- All the impromptu edits/scope of work will be billed at $30/hour and the delivery will be based just on the updated scope of work.
